If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScribeRdx’s website, software, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including radiologists, clinics, teleradiology providers, and other authorized personnel.

2. Services Provided

ScribeRdx provides AI-powered radiology reporting software with voice transcription, designed to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and automate report generation for radiologists and clinics in India. The Services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-driven voice-to-text transcription for radiology reports.
• Integration with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Seperate optional setup, additional cost
• Cloud-based access for report creation and management.
• Free trial and subscription-based access (pricing available at scribe-rdx.sakthirdx.com/p/pricing).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Indian healthcare regulations.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including reverse-engineering or attempting to access non-public areas of the platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

ScribeRdx offers a free trial and subscription-based plans. Pricing details are available at scribe-rdx.sakthirdx.com/pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in Indian Rupees (INR) as outlined in the pricing plan.
• Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans, which will be charged until you cancel your subscription.
• Review our refund policy, available at scribe-rdx.sakthirdx.com/p/pricing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination
